 Booking & Payments Terms:- Authorities are requested to finalize the tour pacakage as soon as possible, so that all their reservations can be done in time 50% of the total amount is to be given at the time of booking. Rest of the amount is to be paid one week prior the departure date.

Pacakage Does Not Include:- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone, heater, cold drinks, boating, horse riding, ropeway, taxi & sight seeing not mentioned in Itinerary.
 
Cancellation:- The cancellation charges includes (a) 15%of the tour coast 7 days before departure date & (b) 50% of tour cost less then 7 days before departure date.
How ever co will refund any payments received if tour is cancelled by us.
 
Special Request:- For losses done by the guest at tour the co. shall not be liable.
 
Baggage:- Guest are requested not to take any valuables & must take due care of all the items. It is suggested that guest are not suppose to leave their watches, cameras, cash in the room of hotels.
 
Service tax:- Service tax will have to pay by the client as applicable by the state time to time.
 
No, Of Students In Case Of Educational Tours:- Minimum Of 35 students are required for an exclusive group. There is no limit for maximum.
 
Check In / Check Out:- Students are requested to wait in the lobby till the check in time.They may have to pay an extra bill in case of late check out.
 
Emergencies:- Company reserves all rights to claim any additional expenses incurred due to emergencies causes by delay/change/missing/breakdown/cancellation of train, bus, weather conditions, riots, political uncertainty or any other situation/conditions beyond the control of company. The participant shall bear inconvenience & expenses.
