Glacier
Summary : From high meadows, view over the sheer size and extent of the Milam 
glacier and other peaks. 16 km long originates from the slope of Kholi and 
Trisul peaks.This trek leads to the base of Mt. Nanda Devi, Trishul and Hardeol 
providing breathtaking close views of these peaks. Milam Glacier is on the 
ancient trade route of Tibet and has recently been opened to foreign trekkers.
Khatling Glacier trek :
Region : Garhwal Himalayas
Duration : 12 / 14 Days.
Altitude : Max. 3980m.
Grade : Moderate

Area cover : Rishikesh - Ghuttu - Chowki - Khatling - Kedarnath
Summary : It is surrounded by snow capped peaks of the Jogin Group 
(6466m),Sphetic Pristwar (6905m),Barte Kauter (6579m) ,Kertistambha (6980m) Meru 
(6660).The entire trek passes through thick forests and beautiful lush green 
meadows. The area is covered with negotiates glaciers,morains and a snow patch.
Pindari Glacier trek :
Region : Kumaon Himalayas
Duration : 10 / 12 Days.
Altitude : Max. 3650m.
Grade : Moderate
Area cover : Rishikesh - Song - Dwali - Pindari Glacier.
Best Season : May /June / July / August / September /October /November
Summary : One of the most beautiful glaciers (3820 m.) formed at the base of Mt. 
Nandakhat, Panwali-Dwar, Balijuari, Chhanguch and trails Col.Great mountain 
views of Panchachuli and Nanda Devi ranges are also seen from some camps.A day 
of exploration around the glacier is a thrilling experience.
The trekking route is through villages, well preserved forests and meadows. This 
trek offer well-defined trails with only one minor pass crossing en route to the 
Pindari Glacier.The glacier is 5 km long, the snout is about 6 meters high and 
2.5 m wide and above the snout, the glacier extends for about 3 km in length and 
300 - 400 m in width, between an altitudinal range of about 3600m to 5000m. The 
pindari Glacier is located in the pinder valley.
Sunderdunga 
Glacier :
Region : Kumaon Himalayas

Area cover : Rishikesh - Song - Dwali - Pindar Valley - Sunderdunga.

Summary : "Sunderdhunga" means the valley of beauitiful stones. The valley is 
situated to the west of Pindari valley and has two glaciers: Maktoli and Sukhram. 
The main peaks near the glaciers are Tharkot (6100 mts.), Mrigthuni (6856 mts.), 
Pwalidwar (6663 mts.). Sunderdhunga glacier is filled with natural beauty and is 
well within the capacity of any trekker to reach.
Banderpoonch Glacier :
Region - Garhwal Himalayas
Duration : 14/ 16 days
Altitude : Max. 4442 m.
Grade : Moderate
Area Coverd : Rihikesh : Gangotri : Banderpoonch
Best Season : May / June / September / October / Mid November.
Summary : It is 12 km long situated on the northern slopes of Banderpoonch peak 
(6316m),Banderpoonch west (6102m) and Khatling peak (6387m). Trek passess 
through dense forest and meadow in the beginning. Later it cross passes and 
megotitates glaciers, morains and boldering and snow patch.

Summary : The trail Follow the course of the river valley to Chirbasa. Trek 
through dense forests and meadows to Gaumukh, the source of the River Ganges. It 
is a combination of several glaciers that are fed to it and form a huge mass of 
ice.Bhirhupanth (6772 m),Kirti Stambh (6902m), Sumeru Parwat (6380m),chaturangi 
Bamak lie on the northeast slope of Srikailash,Mana Parwat,Satopanth and an 
un-named groups of peaks. The glaciers lies within a span of 28 km and 
terminates at Gamukh. Gamuks is where the waters of Ganga trickle down from the 
glaciers. The sages called it 'Gaumukh', because in the distant past, it 
probably appeared like a cow's mouth; though today it no longer appears so.
Satopanth,Bhagirathi - Kharak Glaciers :

Area Coverd : Rishikesh - Joshimath - Badrinath - Satopnath - Bhagirathi.
Best Season : May / June / August / September / October / Mid November.
Summary : These all glaciers which are trekkers enthuses located in Badrinath 
region , this huge glaciers are 13 km and 18 km long terminates at elevation of 
3810 and 3820m. The main sorce of these glaciers are Chaukhamba (7068m) and 
Badrinath (6974m).
Kafni Glacier trek :

Altitude : Max.3860m
Grade : Moderate
Area Coverd : Rishikesh - Bageshwar - Dwali - Byali - Kaphini.

Summary : The Himalayan region of Kumaon is a store house of natural 
beauty beyond belief , there are many enchanting glaciers to explore one of them 
is Kafni Glacier which is Located at an altitude of 3853 Mts. It is situated on 
the left side of Pindar valley under majestic mountain Nandakot. Kafni glacier 
is an exquisite and untouched place. One could reach the summit from a side road 
from Pindari. This region is very rich in wildlife. The Peaks near by the 
glacier are Nandakot 6860 metres, Nandabhanar 6104 m etc.
Tipra Bamak Glacier :
Region : Garhwal Himalayas
Duration : 10 /12 days.
Altitude : Max. 3840 m.
Grade : Moderate
Area Coverd : Rishikesh - Joshimath - Bhunar khal - Tipra Bamak.
Best Season : May / June / September / October.
Summary : It is 6 km long glacier of Bhundar Ganga basin in the Alaknanda 
catchment. Nearly 16 glaciers of various sizes and shapes exist in Tipra Bamak 
and adjoining Rataban glaciers are of significiance. Trail pass through as 
beginning beteen dense forest and later it cross high passes and alp Meadow with 
hich patch glacier known as Bhunar Khal.
Bagni 
Glaciers :

Altitude : Max.3980m.
Grade : Moderate
Area covered : Rishikesh : Joshimath : Dronagiri : Bagni Bamak : Bagni Glacier.
Best Season : May / June / September / October.
Summary : Long originates from the slope of Chang bang / Garure / Dronagiri 
etc.. peak. This glacier is surrounded with many snow capped peak covering the 
magnificent view as they appear to touch them. Almost Changbang / Garure Dome / 
Kalanka and many other unnamed peaks are destination of climbers.
 
Nanda Devi Group of 
glaciers :
Region : Garhwal Himalayas
Duration : 10 / 12 days.
Altitude : Max.4000 m.
Grade : Moderate.
Area Coverd ; Rishikesh - Joshimath - Lata Kharak - Dharassi Pass
Best Season : May end / June / August / September / October.
Summary : Nanda Devi north and Nanda Devi south are two important 
glaciers each with a length of approximately 19 km. Located in the Rishi Ganga 
river catchment. These glaciers originate on the southern slopes of Nanda Devi 
peak
